Remakes are always safe bets for Vijay and directed by M Raja. On the first track record of films like "Kadhalukku Mariyadhai", "Ninaithen Vandhai", "Priya Mana Vale" and "Pokkiri", the latter has carved a niche for itself right remakes of "Jayam" to "Santosh Subramaniam".
